Connectivity
If an AT&T Fiber or Internet Air network interruption lasts 20 minutes or more, you're credited for a full day of service. Wireless: 60 minutes or more from a single incident affecting 8 or more towers.

Offer details
Credit for fiber or Internet Air downtime lasting 20 minutes or more, or for wireless downtime lasting 60 minutes or more caused by a single incident impacting 8 or more towers. AT&T identifies qualifying lines and notifies the account holder by SMS or email; bill credits are applied within 1–2 billing cycles and equal one day of the service's monthly rate (excluding taxes, fees, device payments and add-ons). Benefits are AT&T's acknowledgement that it came up short of its own standards. Where a bill credit or reward card applies, AT&T identifies eligible lines automatically and notifies the account holder; you can check the status of a benefit in the myAT&T app.
